Tesco Pharmacy

"Really devastated . Weekly prescription which is life changing. I get 3 days to collect which is Thursday, Friday and Saturday so I went in today and was told that it changed to wed to Friday because of the bank holidays. I checked online and they were open till 1 o’clock Thursday and Friday so thought it was the same as usual. Pharmacist refused to give it to me which will set me back a couple of years. Disgusted, angry and really upset."

"The staff are rude and incompetent.. They failed to order medication for my newborn on 3 ocassions. We had ran out so it caused so many problems. I complained. The pharmacy manager called me and apologised, said he'd called me once he looked into the matter further. That was 2 months ago. He never called back. That sums up the level of customer service. I stupidly went there one last time, as I've been a customer since 2002, ease of reference and all that I mentioned this incident to the pharmacist who looked at me as if I were something stuck under his shoe. Ive been a loyal tesco cluster since 2002, I will never shop there again."

"Avoid at all cost if you need prescription urgently. This is not the first time, been waiting for a prescription for my son since Tuesday. Everyday I go in they repeat the same thing it’s not on the delivery. This had happened a few times now, I wonder if they even order the medication in the first place. Surely after 5 days it must be on one delivery, as you get two deliveries a day. Staff are friendly enough but overall service in this place is atrocious as they never have anything available and make you wait nearly a week. I’ve had to take it elsewhere now as my son is without medication for 5 days."

"Very good pharmacy and very poor customer services no one picks up the phone at all.. i have handed over a prescription for my one year old because they don't have medicine in stock and they have advised me to check next evening. have checked after several attempts on the phone a very rude lady answered and said check tomorrow again. After three days now no one picks up the phone and no medicine for my one year old still. i am feeling really upset as my daughter haven't have any medicine yet because of irresponsible staff at the pharmacy."
