"********Updated******** Over the last 6 months the service seems to have improved, prescriptions now are correct and there when they are supposed to be. My Wife and I always try and give local businesses a chance but unfortunately are getting to the point of not using this pharmacy anymore. The last straw is the fiasco of Our last series of visits. My Wife's prescription gets pinged over from the Doctors and Mine is taken in to coincide with that arriving, they didn't have mine in stock so had to order it. We waited three days and went to collect it to be told mine wasn't complete as not all tablets were ordered, We waited three more days, went back and they hadn't arrived. Two more days passed and when We went again a queue was out of the door due to short staff, yet the Pharmacist had gone to lunch. So far to get two prescriptions We have made SIX visits, when My wife politely mentioned this to a staff member all She received was a shrug of the shoulders. We really don't think it unreasonable to expect a little better service."
"Well staffed but none of them seem at all bothered there are long queues and to to 6 people wondering around behind the counter knowing full well people are waiting. Just to buy some basic painkillers I waited almost 20 mins ro be served. Do not recommend"
"Wonderful friendly staff. Had issues with my medication and they couldn't do enough for me. Very professional, polite, they go above and beyond. Would thoroughly recommend them to everybody."
"Very unhelpful. Used this pharmacy for the past 35 years, but when prescription ran out and needed two high blood pressure reducing pills for the weekend until I got repeat on Monday said it was not possible as prescription was changed in November. Most unimpressed - will never use them again. I will use Longfield pharmacy in the future."
"Dreadful. Went in last night and they where trying to fob off elderly lady with wrong cheaper branded medicine even tho her prescription stated she needed a certain brand due to allergy. Another lady said they had given her the wrong medicine earlier in week hence her return. I will certainly avoid this chemist in future."
