"I can NEVER get through on the phone without calling at least 3 or 4 times. Just rings and rings... I want to check they have my prescription so I'm not wasting a journey."

"Horrible waiting times even if you're only buying 1 item. The people there are rude and look like they don't want to work there. People were walking out and the staff were completely unbothered."

"Staff have no customer care! No please and thank you's! Staff are rude! They obviously dont do any staff training on how to talk to customers! Prescriptions are NEVER done ready to collect, even when they have had a prescription for a week, happens everytime! Waiting time is terrible! Always queues, purely because staff are so slow!"

"The pharmacy staff are and always have been polite and professional. They are a pleasure to deal with. I have previously rated this branch of Boots at 5 stars because of the pharamacists. On the customer sales side, it used to be a similarly pleasant experience. However, there is now one sales assistant in particular who is consistently rude, at times aggressively so. For that one individual alone, whose attitude is completely unacceptable, I have taken two stars away."
