"I left the below review a couple of months ago, but this place has now seriously let me down - their error has left me without medication I desperately needed. I am so disappointed, but more than that I am very worried and I was offered no solutions or attempts to remedy. I won’t ever be coming here again. This is my new local pharmacy, and the first time I’ve used a community pharmacy rather than Boots. I cannot fault the level of service, dedication and attention to detail from all of the staff here. My prescriptions are quite regular so I’ve made a number of visits and every time staff are helpful beyond the minimum one would expect. When I last picked up a prescription, I was made aware of over the counter products they sell that might also be helpful to me. When I had prescription antihistamines after an emergency and a nightmare 111 experience, they showed me antihistamines I could buy over the counter to stock up in case this happened again. The one time my medication hasn’t been in stock, I had to wait very little time at all to collect it later in the week. The opening hours are accommodating for people who work, staying open past 5pm unlike many places. As a customer/patient, I feel valued and paid attention to as an individual - staff want to do more than fill a prescription and get you out the door, they actively look for further ways to help you. I can’t sing their praises enough."

"Jackie is so friendly, helpful and goes way above what is required. I accidentally left a bag containing meat on the counter and she went out of her way to try and find out who it belonged to and then put the bag of meat in the fridge! I was so grateful.
