"usless phoned the surgery sorry we dont make appointments for coughs go to local pharma (theyre in the same building looking at each other ) so then the pharma pass me back to the doctor who says we dont see people for colds absolute waste of time been coughing up blood so i go to waitrose where the lady gives a much better service and dident just bounce me from piller to post and tells me to go to addinton walk in where they will sort some antibiotics"
