"I have used this pharmacy for the past 2 years now as I had to appoint a nearby pharmacy in order to collect my prescriptions during the pandemic as instructed by my GP surgery. They are terrible at managing my regular prescriptions which I collect every 2 months and I am often blamed by the rude woman with glasses behind the counter for their poor computer records and the standard line is that I have to contact my GP. My GP is totally frustrated with this pharmacy as well as I am not the first patient complaining of this issue. I do eventually get my prescription filled after much running around on my part and by my GP. It's very frustrating and this pharmacy has some work to do to improve its service in this area. I am sure not all customers experience this problem but for myself, it comes as an unexpected surprise when on the rare occasion I come in to collect my prescription and it is ready for me without any dramas. Otherwise I think this is an excellent pharmacy, well stocked and with the exception of one terrible member of staff, a very helpful and professional service."
