"Untrained and unprofessional staff, have had eye issues in the past and just needed drops, was told I couldn’t buy it without a hospital referral! Absolutely ridiculous as I have never had this issue in 22 years. Went to the pharmacy across the road, was in and out with the drops in 2 minutes, no issues."
