"After a dreadful experience trying to buy the morning after pill at the Lloyds Pharmacy in Kiln Lane Sainsbury’s… Ewell House Pharmacy came to the rescue answering the phone promptly, having adequate stock and fitting in a consultation and prescription just before closing. My girlfriend felt very comfortable with the staff who were, kind, understanding and helpful. As we’re new to the area, this is a great first impression and we’ll certainly be returning."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY I tried to support this pharmacy but wow. How is is possible you wait 2WEEKS FOR YOUR prescription. The staff are very rude. One told me to be quiet and stop complaining about not getting my prescription & that he has real clients in his store, although I was also there to collect my medication. TRASH establishment. I wish I could have added a picture of the staff members so everybody would be able to see him and make sure they do not encounter with him. If I could give 0 stars then I would."

"As full time carer for my 90 year old Father, I don't know what I'd do without this wonderful pharmacy. Always friendly and professional, nothing seems too much trouble. My GP faxes prescriptions direct to them, and the copious medicines my Dad needs are ready to simply be picked up ~ always ready to go when I call in! On occasion, when a drug has been out of stock, it has been delivered out of hours by a staff member, direct to my door! As the previous reviewer said, they always go the extra mile. Utterly trusted and thoroughly recommended."
