"I queue, yet staff stand behind the counter doing next to nothing. This is not the first time I've seen this. Next time I will name you. Only 1 or 2 people queuing, they can still queue for a while if only one is serving and there is a refund on a faulty till. My time is precious."

"Good selection of clothing for everyone at reasonable prices. A bright open and airy shop, but within certain areas bulging over filled racks and floor stands make wheelchair use unnecessarily difficult. But of course the large selections need space, but so do wheelchair users. There is a large very roomy fitting area and a large space for those who need it so full marks for that bit!"
