"This pharmacy has shut and is no longer owned by Lloyds. Initially a written notice said business as usual but now it just says closed. You cannot collect prescriptions sent here by your doctor online either, they are stuck in the system. Terribly handled by Lloyds the company. Update - Jay's as in the very good pharmacy in Egham are taking over the shop and now have staff in the store"

"The worse pharmacy ! Wait 56 minutes to pay ,the staff are extremely rude and arrogant, shout at costumers when complain of the waiting. Worse it’s queuing and no items on the prescriptions available! Yesterday 10/02/2023 at 13:30 the woman at the pharmacy shouted she haven’t stopped working and had no time to drink water ! Well all week as a signage displaying in the windows open from 9-14:30 . This ins’t true.The pharmacy as closed all week ! So was expected when open it would be extra work! Stop shouting at costumers who’s is paying your wages ! People like you should work in the morgue no in a pharmacy! Close this place down !"

"Every time I try to ring no one answers the phone, and then the line indicates is busy when I call back almost immediately after, indicating they have either taken the phone off the hook or have purposely ignored the call to then make a call themselves. They never have prescriptions in stock and the queue at the pharmacy is always at least a 20 minute wait. Appalling service."

"There is a reason for this rating. It is an unbelievably horrible place to go. They are never friendly, they are never open on time, they don't answer the phones. It's shocking they are not being reported to the authorities. What is even more shocking is that no one has come along and set up another pharmacy in the same parade, because if they actually do their job, then they will take all the custom from this awful place."

"Worst pharmacy in Surrey impossible to get a repeat prescription. Staff unhelpful and rude. Everytime I go in its some different excuse as to why its not in. 'Manufacturing issue'. 'Doctors fault call them not us'. 'We don't do repeat prescriptions'? All total lies. Not just my inhalers its my daughters anti allergen formula both of which are very important and not something that we can just wait for. Now gone to jays pharmacy in Egham who were very friendly and couldn't of been more helpful and solved any issues within 5 minutes and one phonecall to my GP."
