"The pharmacist was rude and kept me waiting for nearly 15 minutes and I had to sit and wait on the floor for him to come. He smirked at me and laughed at me as I tried to advocate for myself and my wellbeing. He was incredibly patronising and kept asking me to speak up when my voice is terribly hoarse and my throat was closing up."

"Long waiting time to be served. When finally served, the prescription that I had come to collect, and even phoned up to check it was available was now not there. Only four tablets out of the sixty required were in stock. Why couldn't they have told me that over the phone? Was told to return tomorrow to collect the complete prescription. This is such a nuisance as there is never a parking space. As a blue badge holder the disabled parking bay is never available."
