"Spent over a grand on 3 items and the lass behind the counter was such a cheeky woman,asking if I had enough for the items ........wow just wow......train your staff better as they need it when it comes to customer service."

"Terrible terrible service , tried to return an item the following day, and they said they don’t do returns. The cashier the previous day did not advise me of this. Asked to speak to the manager, and he came but would not give his first name , he said just to refer to him as ‘the short ginger guy’ in any correspondence, and that he was the supervisor. He spoke plenty about policy and what he couldn’t do. Terrible service from a self proclaimed luxury goods shop. Will never be back. Visit was 6pm on the 6th of October 2022."
