"Went here to pick up an online order. I stood at the cash desk for quite some time being totally ignored by 5 staff members who were gathered around playing on their phones. When I finally got my order a hat it was not boxed and really badly crushed. I refused to accept it and demanded a refund. Poor staff and a poor company overall. Won't be back ever!!"
