"Unfortunately this one star is mandatory! Disgraceful service, slow as in they’re not even on the same planet she had her back to me for a good 5 minutes and after asking politely to be served she got angry with me! Absolutely disgraceful. Girls need to be trained on customer service and how to approach customers. Tables not clean, staff not interested at all. Won’t be returning at all! Specifically now that I can get a much better service at harrods just underneath here!"

"Here you can find a sitting place with plugs, a friendly waitress and quick service for coffee and sweet snack. As well as something stronger to drink if you wish. A good view to watch the Malls fountain from above. Great!"
