"We have just returned from an amazing Artic cruise, booked with Polar Routes. Due to Covid G Adventures cancelled our cruise in 2021 and rebooked it for 2022. G Adventures then decided to cancel their whole Artic season. James at Polar Routes searched and found a cruise with Swan Hellenic on similar dates. Then 2 weeks later Swan Hellenic cancelled the cruise. James and Polar Routes went out of their way to negotiate another replacement cruise with Quark on their new Ultramarine ship. Norwegian Air then cancelled our flights to Oslo and yet again James sorted replacement flights. We have nothing but praise for Polar Routes, who go above and beyond to ensure that we were able to go on our Artic cruise and would whole heartedly recommend them for any Polar cruise. At all times, James kept us updated regularly on the changes, via email and telephone calls. We also used Polar Routes for our Antartica cruise in January 2022, which was handled with professionalism.
