Girlguiding LaSER Thailand 2019:

"Had a wonderful experience with Tru Experience Travel. Tru Experience Travel was our travel partner when we undertook a 23 day community & cultural experience in Thailand in August 2019. The itinerary was a fabulous mix of cultural experience and community project. The rapport between our Girlguiding group, Tru Experience Travel, the projects and our host was spot on. Both leaders and girls learnt a lot about Thai culture and was able to make an impact on the local community. The community project involved helping with the infrastructure at a local Temple School in Singburi, Thailand. The girls stepped out of their comfort zone by mixing mortar to lay bricks & cement to lay a paths, clearing rubbish & mountainous wood pile and renovating classroom walls. They got the opportunity to interact with the children at the temple school and make a difference in the children educational and living environment. Tru Experience Travel was extremely supportive partner both before and during our expedition and their relationship with the host country meant that we got a truly wonderful and fulfilling experience.
