"This was the first time going to Prezzo and it was a pleasant experience. The service from the waiting staff was on point. I would recommend the calzone as this was a big helping. My partner had the pasta which she enjoyed. We had deserts also but I thought they where not worth the quite expensive price as the helpings where small. Coffee and mozzarella bites where good. The only downside for me is the location of this branch as its overlooked by a large part of the upper food court. If you have Meerkat/taste card then they do the 2 for 1 on food on main menu."

"Restaurant located in shopping centre - very quiet as were all the eating places. Really friendly and efficient waiting staff. Pizza was a little tough to cut through, but was tasty enough and not too dry. And the macaroni went firm a treat."

"Plenty room for table for two when we arrived at around 17:30pm. Staff were quick to take our order & food was served quickly. I had regular Ham & Mushroom pizza which was plenty & my wife had Carbonara & comment was "not so good"."

"We visited this restaurant last week. All social distancing and track and trace in place, but not all staff wearing masks. The place seems clean and tidy, and plenty of table wiping taking place, in fact the manager was trying to run the place by himself, wiping tables taking orders, bring food to tables, taking payment, seems to want to do it all, even though there is other staff there, which is having a effect on customer experience ( I asked for the bill 3 times, and was left waiting 10 minutes to pay, I also had to wait 15 minutes to order). The food was hot, and ok.. was expecting better, and no effort in presentation.. looks nothing like the pictures you see on the adverts. We just ordered water, which was brought in a jug. We also used the meerkat 2 for 1 meal deal, which brought the price down to a more realistic price, as the venue seems pretty expensive. Would possibly visit again, but would not rush back, and would not visit if in a hurry."
