"Sky View Travels ruined my first Umrah experience with my family. Please donot use this company to book your trip as it will also get ruined. Me and my family booked for a total of 7 nights, 5 in Makkah and 2 in Madinah. We used this company thinking they will help guide us, but the reality was quite the opposite. For starters our hotel was said to be 5/6 minutes from Masjid al Haram when in total it was 20 minutes. We missed both Jummah Prayers From leaving on Thursday 9th February evening to arriving at Friday afternoon 2pm. And then the day of our flight back being at 1:30pm and having to leave our hotel at 10am in the morning. The service was absulotely poorly. On the first day after we arrived the Mawlana which was given by this company to help our group perform Umrah rushed us out and made the group do 14tawaafs when it should be 7. He placed my nephew who was 5 on his shoulders and away from his parents when he could have been in danger as he was surrounded by pilgrims and after a while placed him down in the heavy crowd. During both our ziyarat days, one in Makkah and one in Madinah we saw 5 sites out of a total of 9. The mawlana who took us on the first trip in Makkah, spoke in bangla with limited understanding from any of us pilgrims and did not bother to explain at all. After our trip was cut short due to appararent traffic, we were demanded to tip for their ‘service’ when this comes with the package. We were told very less information and during the whole ziyarat day, this Mawlana did not look back to see if anyone was lost or wondering off. The arrival to Madinah was a surprise and a half. The coach took 6/7 hours from Makkah to Madinah (including prayer breaks). We set off at 2:13pm and we arrived at 9pm. This made our Madinah trip one day as we only had Thursday 16th to Spend before our flight back on Friday morning. I cannot understand why this company could not set us off at 9am so we arrive by 3 and have the rest of the day? Altogether the service was terrible and i’m sure there were many other factors which i cannot remember now that took place."

"What a horrible service provided by this travels! They ruined the first umrah experience for my family and I, aswell as for others in the group. We missed both friday Jummahs, and they rushed everyone to begin umrah and left us with no guidance. Every single person was lost and the whole afternoon and night was wasted while we were in the state of Ihram. The so called 5 minute walk to the haram from our hotel was in fact 20 minutes and from 7 days we had a maximum of 4 days to do everything! On ziyarat day we were shown only 2/4 of the sites. The speaker was bengali and he spoke/sang on volume 100 all the way through without telling us what we were actually looking at. He didn't care to speak English even though many people were non bengalis and others who could not understand his dialect. Furthermore, they booked us into the dirtiest hotel in Madinah and we spend the whole day travelling and had 1 day to do ziyarat, pray in Nabawi, and visit Rawdah. I am so disappointed and advise you all to stay clear from them. They are making money from pilgrims in the name of Islam!"
