"We went into Trailfinders to get help with a trip we hoped to go on. They were helpful with itinerary and information initially. We couldn't make the decision on the spot due to work approvals. When they followed up afterwards and we said that we had to change plans all customer service went out the window. They made us feel like we HAD to buy the trip and then abruptly hung up when we said that we need to rethink the trip due to a change in possible duration. Rude."

"Booked our Honeymoon with Trailfinders. They tailor made it to suit our needs. We went to Sri Lanka and Maldives. They prepared an itinerary for us, sorted all the flights and tours around Sri Lanka, took all the stress away from us for the entire trip. Well planned trips. Very popular agent when we were speaking to others in Sri Lanka and Maldives, many used them. Supplied a travel document folder and luggage tags which was a nice touch and the travel folder came in very useful! They found us wonderful hotels to stay in Sri Lanka, and the perfect resort in Maldives which had discounts for honeymooners so really suited our wishes! Even arranged for us to try both types of Villa! Only one small negative: the final trip in Sri Lanka brought us to a hotel 5 hrs away from the airport. We had to be up very early the next day to get to the airport for our flight. This is obviously risky and inconvenient. The hotel we stayed in was amazing, just wish we did it earlier in the trip. Special thanks to our agent, Roisin O’Byrne who was superb from the day we walked in to the shop. She has so much knowledge and fantastic customer service and helped put together our perfect honeymoon. We will Definitely book with Trailfinders in the future!"
