"Scam , Do Not buy tickets from them. I bought tickets London to Kinshasa ( exchangeable or refundable) for security and safety reason I had to cancel my trip. The link agency deducted £1000 pounds from my money, although my tickets were refundable. SCAM"

"booked a 2 tickets to go back to my country for holiday, they told me to pay half of it 2 months prior to the flight and that they will give me a call when to pay the rest when it's nearer to the flight time but I told them that I can pay the full price but still insisted to do it this way. Now I had an accident and haven't been checking my emails and missed the email saying to pay the rest of the ticket within a certain time frame or I wont get the tickets. bare in mind that the time frame was 2 hours from when i got the email. Won't do anything about it. £500 down the drain with nothing to prove that I paid it. Don't use the this 'service' as they don't care about their customers"
