"If only I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service. Package holiday cancelled by suppliers in 2020. Over a year later and we still have not received full refund despite chasing. Unreliable, Unprofessional and Rude. Certainly will NEVER use them again. For anyone else in the same situation ensure you raise an ABTA claim."
"In October of last year I booked a short holiday to Greece for June 2020. Since March 2020 (after the Covid lockdown was imposed) I've been trying to get in touch with this company. Maria in particular who arranged my booking, and they will not reply to my emails or answer my calls. I managed to speak to Maria on 23rd of June very briefly, but she brushed me off saying she was about to board a flight to Cyprus.... haha. She denied receiving my emails and said she couldn't do anything about reimbursement or a voucher for my holiday. I expected much more from this company as my mother has been using them for years to book her flights to Cyprus. They're obviously experiencing hard times as are all travel companies but their conduct is totally unacceptable and wholly unprofessional."
"Does anyone if this agent is still in business. I've tried to contact them for months on several occasions as I have a holiday voucher which I was given for a holiday to Disneyland, but unfortunately they are not responding to either emails or phone. I'm not local but I may have to drive down to find out if they are still open. The voucher is a lot and I'm worried I won't get to use it or get my families money back. I've used imperial several times but this now is worrying. Does any one know anything?"
"This company have taken it upon themselves to issue vouchers for a holiday that could not be taken due to Covid without permission from my father and now we can’t get hold of them . They do not respond to the calls or emails sent . They are holding over £900.00 pounds belonging to my elderly father . This is just unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour."
