"Customer service is very bad. I was in middle of my planning with them and after having my flight settled they started to increase the price for hotels. They did not even return my deposit. I requested to them about my deposit but they ignore. I had argue with them over the price and hotel after that they said they don’t have anymore hotel so I had to do hotels from somewhere else. I would recommend don’t give them deposit in advance."
"We booked an Umrah package for 3 persons and had to cancel last minute. We made a successful claim from our travel insurance and received most of the cost minus £84 for each of the 3 passengers as this is refundable from the Airlines. However Saudi Airlines made it clear that it is up to the travel agent to file the claim as they do not deal with passengers booking thru a travel agent. TravelUni has not been answering our request to file the claim, leaving us with no alternative to seek redress thru the Small Claims Court. Customer Service is non existent if anything goes wrong. Beware... Update: FlyUni has finally agreed to refund 3x £84 for the Air Passenger Duty upon threat of Small Claims Court"
"Best Customer Service Ever " Special thanks to Mr Almas & Mr Abbas" I have booked Umrah Package with my Family for October 2022. Our Hotel , Flights were all booked on time but unfortuatly we Missed our connecting Flight at Istanbul Airport. Thanks to these brothers they helped us going out of way over the weekend at Midnight. They Reconfirm our Flights to the next available one. Hotel booking were excellent. Highly Recommended 10/10 ***"
"We have booked umrah from Fly Uni Ltd, Person dealing with us was Mr.Abbas, He is such a rude person don't have manners to deal with customer, he is not responding on time. whenever he answered our call said why you are disturbing me; What the Hell man!!! we paid for it you are not doing anything free for us. Definitely not recommended if we are spending money thats means we need satisfactory service. Because of such people other Pakistani Muslims are disrepute in UK."
