"DONT USE THEM !!!We have booked a ticket to pakistan for a nedical emergency.. During the booking Key Facts of the contract were left out. On the day of travel we have been informed that we would have to come out of Dubai Airport and check in again and not only that we will need Covid Test done. We can remain in the building provided we pay 90 Dollars for the luggage . We were never told this prior to confirmation. It is the job of the agent to check the terms properly and convey them to the passengers.. That is the purpose of being an agent . This matter will go to IATA and ATOL .Now I'm doubting if those memberships are genuine. Our first and last use of the company"
