"I purchased a ticket through SkyWings. I did not receive any confirmation from them that the ticket did actually get purchased. I called them and they asked that I wait 24 hours. Tickets prices were going up and I wanted to ensure I had secured it. They did send me an email the next day and a few days later I got an eticket. I never received an invoice, receipt for the price of the ticket. So this made it hard to get reimbursement from the company. I called and wrote emails but got nothing. I wouldn't use again."

"Scam avoid. Bought my ticket online, and then immediately got a call from one of their agents offering an upgrade to a changeable ticket for 40£, so I said why not. But the I had to change the date on my return flight, they quoted 500£ which is the same as me booking a single return online, and when I called the airline they changed the ticket for half that amount. A positive though: their agents are super nice and understanding."

"Mohibul was really helpful, he was super patient on the calls, he listed to my concern and then discussed it with his team internally and got me a solution which was way beyond my expectations. I cannot really thank him enough for his customer service. Really happy to see an agency so focused for their customers."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID. LIARS AND SCAMMERS. Using bait and switch tactics. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I booked a flight through this awful excuse of a travel agency. They cancelled my booking because I chose not to upgrade for an extra £180, and told me the airline would not take the booking without upgrading it. I decided to buy direct through the airline which was slightly more expensive. I was told I would be given a refund in 7 BUSINESS DAYS. It has been 10 days no and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND OF £300. I have called and called and they keep telling me to call back. I call on Friday and they tell me to call back Saturday. I call Saturday and they tell me to call Monday because the "refund team" is not in. I have called my bank to dispute the transaction. AVOID THIS COMPANY."

"Absolutely terrible! Turns out they cancelled my ticket with MEA three days after I made the payment without telling me. When the time for my flight came and I tried to check in online, of course, that was impossible because there was no booking at all! Still, they tried to recover the situation by booking me on the next day's flight the result of which was: 1. me missing the main family event (the reason for my trip) and 2. me spending endless hours on the phone!). Overall terrible experience"
