"Have used this take away many times and have normal enjoyed the food. However, this evening I went in to collect take away for family and on arriving home one of the orders was missing. I called the shop and was told categorically it was in the bag. I advised it wasn’t and was accused of lying and shouted at by one of the guys. Once accepted it might have been missing I asked for a replacement to be delivered, which I felt was a fair request as I’d already made a 30 minute round trip. They refused because they were “far too busy” which was strange as there was no one in. I went back to the shop to get a refund. Again, empty. Not busy at all. I asked for my money and they tried to short change me. Had to argue with them again to get all the money back. The rating is not a reflection of the food but the terrible attitude and customer service I experienced. To be shouted at down the phone and called a liar is not acceptable. They had absolutely no interest in trying to fix things. I won’t be back"
