"We did enjoy our holiday to the Golden Triangle and Kerala mainly due to the total commitment of the staff from Dukes Court Travel a well tailored iternary everything was arranged and organised well, had the top hotels and best tour guides and the vehicles were new and spacious fully Air conditioned polite drivers and mostly the best price it was full value for money. We only had to follow the schedules and everything went on time also the local company checked on us on a regular basis to see if we were alright and they collected our bags on arrival and on our departure they checked in our bags and was with us all the way. Will recommend Dukes Court Travel to all my family and friends"

"The service was simply Pathetic and Unethical and have not experienced the same in my years of booking on line. Selected an itinerary for travel on line with CheapOair-co.uk who they represent. Confirmed price was £480. Filled in all the passenger details followed by credit card details. All seemed all right until I hit the proceed button. There was a prompt that the price was no longer available for that itinerary and the price would now be £571. My card has not been debited and re-select. Selected another itinerary for the same price. Entered the passenger details and when the payment section had to be re-entered, I held back as the alarm button sounded within me. I called up the company and informed the agent of the problem that I had encountered. He asked me whether I had read the terms and condition. I enquired of him what was so difficult with this transaction that I had to read the terms and conditions As soon as I entered my details booking this flight - any algorithms, for the flight booking, would have to block this seat at the quoted price until the transaction was completed which did not happen in my case. For the agent to inform me that he could get the flight at the higher price beggars belief and which makes it unethical and, I would say without prejudice, against airlines procedures for the protection of us, the ordinary public. The agent also proudly confirmed that the price for the second itinerary that I had selected that I did not follow up with the payment details was also revised and the best price he could offer me would be £510. This makes a mockery of booking on-line with this company. I am going to the matter up with higher authorities if this type of practice is acceptable. Fortunately for me, I managed to search again and found the company I booked with last year for the flights for the same price of £480 and obtained my booking reference. I hope to have the e-tickets soon within 48 hrs. after which I would be more at ease although the agent informed me that all was well. Please use a company that you know well and also ready their terms and conditions. Be safe, as we do not need this type of stresses when we wish to go on our holiday. I will be pursuing this matter with the company Manager and Director"
