"The pizzas are reasonable value compared to the other chain pizza places in Frome, the flavour and quality is OK and the (thin) bases are pretty good. However, we ordered online for collection with the soonest time slot at 11am. By 10.55 there was zero signs of life inside the shop so we guessed we wouldn't have our order for 11am which proved correct as we finally received our order at 11.25. Luckily on this occasion we weren't in a hurry and the staff member who served us was polite but if you don't actually open until 11am then having 11am as the first time slot seems pointless and could cause negativity. We will try Caprinos again (this was our first time) when we are local and hopefully things will just be a little bit better overall."

"Pizza tasted good which is why there is one star. However we ordered food for 1pm for collection and finally got the pizza at 1:30pm which only happened after having to speak to a worker twice as we were told 10 minutes and then again 10 minutes later. The main issue was that the fridge freezer unit has the door open and was sat at 9.7’c for the entire time we were waiting which already breaches hygiene standards along with 3 male staff members with long facial hair with no beard nets nor hair nets which were both required. There was also no use of hand wash facilities whilst going between food groups as well as vegan and non vegan foods. Due to these issues I’d advise people against their food until they have a new audit from a EHP."

"We really enjoyed our pizzas! Despite the opening being hectic they were able to serve our pizzas in good time. I'm looking forward to getting our next pizzas from there!"
