"The service at P & R travel was good and the agent Pravin checked in to make sure that, from the beggining until the end the flight went smoothly. Due to an urgent situation flying abroad and arranging a flight asap was important, along with a covid test to be arranged within the day. Pravin made arrangements for everything from the flight, service and arranging for a local chemist to book a test to be fit to fly within a short timescale. A locator form was also actioned before the flight was due, after normal working hours and so the agent supported for completion of this form. A reliable service overall with key information and advice provided."
