"Visited the store to exchange at 17.05 after rushing from work as the website states open till 6pm on a Saturday to find the store closed and the security man informed me it closed at 4.30pm for a Christmas night out! My husband had to go back to the shop on Monday before his surgery and asked over why the store was closed at 5pm when it states on the shop door and website open till 6pm to be informed the store now shuts at 4pm and the times haven’t been updated????? I’ve looked today and the times still haven’t been changed, from last Saturday !!!! not sure who’s telling the truth???? It wasn’t just me there were other customers trying to shop also, leading up to Christmas you would think that a business would need customers obviously not this store !!!!"
