"Brilliant, empathetic service. Ordered a ring to be made in September 2020 but shortly afterwards we went into lockdown. As it was being made in Scotland which was ‘closed’ for a longer period it wasn’t until May 2021 that it was ready. The staff at Chester were so amazingly apologetic and concerned about the delay, despite it being out if their control. They gave me a lovely bunch is flowers. I can’t speak highly enough if the service I received under the most difficult if circumstances. Thank you Chisholm Hunter."
