"I rang up to report that my washer/dryer wasn't heating up. I was given some advice to simply open up the back panel and press a reset button and if I had any issues to call back. Anyway a few YouTube videos later and after opening the top of my machine I eventually found this reset button! Saving me any call out fee or labour charge! What a gentleman! I wish there were more people like this in the world!"

"Top fella, friendly, chatty, dryer fixed, couldn't get who he reminded me of at first....then when he left it came to me, like a younger Richard Harris but with double the charm...and prob way more talent with fixing the appliances as well.
