"ordered a £660 tattoo machine which hasnt even turned up a week later. the lady at barbers has told me ups have said it may have been delivered to a neighbour, the driver has left it OUTSIDE the totally wrong house as seen in a picture attatched to the order on barbers website. now im being told i will have to wait another week for a refund after waiting a week already for it to turn up when according to barbers they have spoke to ups who said "it may have been delivered to a neighbour". wont use them again. customer comes last here"
"Awful customer service/ at a convention my battery for a fk irons exo has died. I wanted to purchase another only to be told I had to buy the machine also which is a considerable amount of money when I only need a battery/ a product that they sell on the web and that was in display in the display cabinet here at the con A shame as we use them a lot, for certain products though might look elsewhere now"

"I ordered a bunch of supplies last Saturday with the total coming to over £700. Included in the order was a thermal copier but it didn't arrive. My guess is that a mistake was made in the identification of the item because I received 2 packs of thermal transfer paper when I only ordered 1. I sent photos to the support team minutes after receiving the order. No response for several days. Then I was told that someone was 'checking the cameras in the warehouse' but still no resolution almost a week later. I used Barber DTS years ago and never had any issues. Won't be using them again."
