"I went in and ordered a £30 bouquet, the lady took my details and what to put on the card etc. I said to deliver mid morning only in a shop in Marshall’s yard, by lunch still not come, I rang them, they said “ we have nothing down for you’, so I said, “ she’s leaving today”, the reply I got was “ we will do it but have nothing down”. I didn’t even get an apology from them. They brought one half hour later, shocking customer service. Will not being going back, neither will my colleagues"

I've had flowers delivered from here and also received flowers and they've always been well presented and lasted well. I've also attended a wreath making class which was very professional, friendly and relaxed. I came away feeling proud of myself for achieving something I'd not done before. Won't go anywhere else!"
