"Never in my life been spoken to how the girl behind the counter today spoke to me today refused to exchange diamond earrings bought in April for my 9 year old that the diamond had fallen out of because she ‘couldn’t find the consent form’ on the system, I explained I had driven a 15 mile round trip to return them and that my little girl had no others to wear, her attitude was vile when I challenged her about poor customer service she told me and my 9 year old to ‘get out’ of the shop, my 9 year old was absolutely distraught in floods of tears, safe to say there is a massive complaint going in to customer services, total lack of any respect or customer service skills, there were 2 girls working one blonde one with dark hair, the one with dark hair was the rude one I hope she will be give a lesson on how to treat customers"
