"Jak came out to clean our carpets when It became time to clean off the built up muck from furry paws and the kids! He was on time, friendly and professional. He was detailed in what he was doing, working on the tough spots. He then took time to explain about why not to use branded carpet cleaners as they don't actually clean the stains, which I thought was lovely of him to take time and explain. Really friendly and professional service! 11/10 recommend."
