"Disgraceful experience staff are so ignorant I had two bin bags full of brand new clothes hardly worn could of gone to someone that needed them more but the staff didn’t care about taking them off me and continued talking like I was invisible and didn’t bother helping with lift the bags and when I said I’ll take them elsewhere the guy at the till just looked at me with a nasty look and kept talking to the other colleague of his. Came in good spirits but left feeling so annoyed and frustrated absolutely disgusting! Don’t even deserve the one star."
