"I was the only customer waiting at the till while 2 members of staff complained that they didn't know how they would get so much work done when they had the till area to clear as well. I eventually was told to goto the end till by the customer assistant who when got there said I won't be long I will just hang these up and walked away from me. No apology. I left the items I was going to purchase. I don't think this is very good customer service"
