"Beautiful walk with nature for the whole family. There’s a little train, that can be boarded which takes you a little way around the woods, which wasn’t running when we were there but we will definitely be going back to try it out. A lovely little assault course for the children, all made from wood, clear walkways, as well as off track walking and teaming with wildlife. There’s a beautiful sensory garden, lakes, ponds and small water falls. All round beautiful for all ages with pushchair access and dog friendly trails."

"Fantastic woods in Churwell. So many different things such as ponds streams , bird watching, mini free library and a miniature railway. Never realised how large these woods are. If you do visit please go by foot or bike and not car."
