"Just came to view the gym and swimming area with my friend. 2 ladies on reception, one with red hair and the other with blonde (unsure if she works here) but seemed to know the red haired lady quite well. Both laughing and gossiping when myself and my friend walked in. Not friendly at all or asking if we need help with anything, we had to ask to view the gym which she said “yes of course” nice to our faces but god knows what they were saying behind our backs. Once we started walking off to look around they both carried on laughing and talking about us. You have lost a potential customer & this is highly embarrassing for the company. No staff should conduct themselves in this way."
"Out of date. Falling Apart. Shabby. Grotty. Rotten ceiling (which hasn't been fixed in years) with buckets catching rain whenever it rains. Unclean changing rooms & showers covered in dust and hairs. Family room without shower facilities. Not accessible for mothers with babies in prams. Unsympathetic staff. The list goes on. This is lot worse than any of the lovely new council leisure centres."
"The receptionist Karen was very rude when we were playing and splashing and kicked us out without any warning or consideration. We were being respectful and trying to explain ourself and she had no thought of being respectful and shouted at us to get out. The members were telling us to shut up and were very rude. She came into the changing rooms when me and my friend were naked drying off to get our towels off us and have no privacy which was a shock of customer service. Don't go here if you want to have fun."
