"Very quick response. My bike was taken from me while I was riding it. 1.5 weeks after I made the claim, I received 90% (10% are fees) of the total, damaged clothes, accessories and bike. It’s already frustrating that your belongings are taken from you, but at least you covered it with the money you paid. Isn’t cheap to have a bike insurance but fully recommend to have it. BIKMO is a great option and have a good deals. As there are many negative comments, Keep in mind you will need the have the correct locker, receipts of everything and evidences that you were using in you bike. Also, in case something happen, police report might help to speed up the process and prove it. Thanks"

"I'm really struggling to get my claim completed. The company staff are very nice and did not make the claim process difficult. it's simply that they don't follow up on actions and you can't get through on the phone. It's taken weeks and weeks and there are so many unnecessary delays. They offer a good insurance package, but at this time are not delivering the service that customers need. It's a shame for a specialist company, and I wish them luck in addressing their problems. For now I recommend going elsewhere."

"I would recommend not wasting money having insurance with them. A few months back I made insurance with them for my £1100 bike. Then unfortunately my bike has been stolen just in front of my apartment door whilst it was locked with two heavy locks. Then I claimed as per the procedure. I have shown every single document and proof to support my claim. After a few days, I got a phone call saying it was declined because of not having a silver quality lock where I was using 2 quality locks worth almost £100 together. That's really disappointing for me. They made the insurance in no time, no documents, No notable condition. But when my purpose came they made things complex"

"Don’t often need to make insurance claims and most previous claims have been through pet insurance and typically are a lengthy and quite exhausting process. Therefore, when I damaged the rim of my wheel on a pothole, I was a little anxious to what I thought would become another lengthy and exhaustive process to cover for accidental damage……… but how wrong was I. Straight from my first email, Bikmo we’re excellent and incredibly fast to respond. They walked me through the process painlessly and you could sense they really cared about getting the wheel fixed / replaced as quickly a possible. Cannot recommend Bikmo enough and they have changed my perception of what insurance should be. 5 stars out of 5 and only because there weren’t anymore to rate them. I have since shared my experience with many friends and riding buddies and recommended accordingly."
