"Avoid CW Sellors at all costs! A shocking business with an appalling lack of customer service. I have never left a complaint about any business, until now. I bought an expensive necklace online as a present for my partner and it was faulty when it arrived. I returned the necklace in person to the Bakewell store in January and had an email confirming it was received by head office. I then heard nothing so I politely messaged CW Sellors via WhatsApp, who claimed they would “chase” this for me. I then heard nothing again, so I politely messaged asking for a time frame for the refund. They then ignored my message and I had to email, they are now refusing a refund even though the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states I am eligible for a refund. I am extremely appalled by the lack of customer service and the audacity for the company to blatantly ignore the Consumer Rights Act. After this horrendous experience I shall not be purchasing from CW Sellors again. To anyone considering purchasing from CW Sellors, I would not recommend them unless you want to be ignored, have your money taken and your time wasted. There are plenty of other fantastic jewellers in surrounding areas which deliver far better quality and customer service. I will be taking legal action and it is completely unacceptable as a business to behave in this manner."

"The chesterfield store is quite interesting. A great stock of Oris, Longines and Tissot. No Seiko or Citizen etc so for a smaller shop you've got great choices of Swiss brands. They got in a couple of watches within a day from the larger group which is handy. The ladies that work there are really great and helpful. I know they're selling me expensive watches but they get the balance of professionalism and banter right. A quality company. I'm gonna try not to go back but..."

"C W Sellors is the same company as W Hamond - I made an online purchase with W Hamond and seeing as they are the same company, same online shop, same head address etc, it just makes me more suspect about this company with the sad experience I have had. So to be clear, I made an order online at WHAMOND.co.uk who is the same as this retailer but they now refuse to respond to me even though they are breaking the law. ############# Such a shame. Quick delivery, good price... However they break long distance purchase laws. I purchased a Garmin watch, the X model to try. When it arrived I linked it to my Garmin account and tried it on to see how it fits. Sadly too big, so factory reset the watch and asked to rerun it. Customer services have said that due to joining it to my app, it means they won't accept it for a refund due to their Terms and Conditions.... Even though this breaks the long distance purchase laws! They just ignore any further questions asking why they are going against this law so I am now forced to take the lengthy option of Small Claims court. I could have simply lied and said I'd never joined it to the app as they would have never known, but that's not me and didn't see any reason to lie. Anyway, buy with caution from these guys."
