"Visited the store on Tuesday this week. The woman on the till was hostile and very rude to my daughter. I asked her not to speak to her the way she was doing. The “manager” if that is who he was, didn’t deal with the situation well at all. The woman on the till denied saying what she had said. Poor show Savers. We left our goods and they lost £35+ in sales. Need to train their staff in customer service! I bet their Head Office won’t be pleased to hear about this"

"The shop was clean and tidy, well stocked along with some good offers. Not very impressed with the 3 young girls on the tills all standing together and having a conversation between then and not paying attention to serving or addressing the customers. If they had of been working for me l would have sacked them."
