"Unfriendly staff who couldn’t even be bothered to move as she was stood over the jewelery we were keen on getting, let alone ask if she could be of any assistance as we were in the store for a good 10min . Felt extremely undervalued. Went to the next nearest jewelers on the same street and got my diamond engagement ring from there instead . Perhaps this wasn’t meant to be. Will never recommend this store to anyone else either."

"If you want that extra bit of service when choosing an engagement ring, don’t go here. I came in here with my fiancé to choose an engagement ring and literally the staff were just like, oh we’ve got rings here here and here, pointing in an off hand way. No one came to help me choose or give me any sort of advice, which upset me a little bit. Went somewhere else in the end."

"Went in for a watch,. They normally sell it, but unfortunately they were out of stock. They were unaware of the next time it's back could be back in stock. They have two delivery's per week. But they don't know what is sent until it arrives..unable to click n collect on a load of their items either"
