"Hi hope you are all well I was just seated outside looking at my phone I turned and looked and noticed a member of your staff a female member wrinkled face heavy black eye make up white blonde stared at me which I thought was disgusting I also feel that as I window shop your staff your staff members constantly stare and watch me closely I find this behaviour rude not to mention racist and makes me uncomfortable about coming into your shop and turns me off buying jewellery from your shop. I do hope that you don't behave like this towards customers particularly those who are coloured and Asian"
