"Telephoned them regarding issues with my daughters caravan she had to move into. Pleasant lady on phone who asked for an email with photos of issues which I sent. Not had a response after a fortnight. They appear to be to busy making money to reply , not good customer service. Even a reply saying they couldnt help would have been polite. Had a reply on Google stating the obvious "check your spam". I dont think so Dan, you didnt reply. Maybe you should be called "Dan the Spam man". Got some support now from another company less interested in chasing the money."

"Not good. Fridge fine but they managed to drill through the fresh water pipe. Took it back to be fixed, they didn't have the right pipe, bodged it to no avail. Went back again & picked up the pipe... Wrong size again. Got my own 35mm pipe & fitted it myself. After there reply.. the "nick" in the pipe was a 12mm hole. When I took it back the 1st time after telling them the problem... They took the fridge out!!! Luckily it was raining so they saw me walking past & asked yet again what the problem was. That is when they tried the temporary bodged repair that didn't work. It would have been interesting to have seen them fit the new 38mm pipe onto the 35mm fittings!. I admit that I probably thought I was supposed to be there on a Wednesday at 10am. They called me on the Tuesday at 9:55am to ask where I was... I said I would set of then & see them at 12 as they said the engineer would be back at 11:30. I got there at 12 and went for a walk. Got back just after 1 & the van hadn't moved. That's when I asked for the new pipe to fit it myself. Shame it was the wrong size. Everyone makes mistakes, but people should admit too them."
