"I know Jimmy personally ,but this is the first time he's done any work for me. We arranged a date and time over the phone. The day before he was due to visit, he contacted me after having a job cancellation. Can he come and take a quick look at the gas fire? Yes, of course,so he came inspected the gas fire. Discovered that a new part was needed. He ordered the part that day. Returned on the next day as arranged previously, with the new part to fit. I left him to complete the required job,which he did,to a very high standard. warm house,happy customer. Thanks Jimmy,see you next time"
