"Fantastic. Rang 9am Monday morning. They confirmed that someone would be able to look at the washing machine before 11am. 10am engineer arrived. After taking the washing machine to the workshop the engineer contacted me and said the pump had gone. 2 hours later the washing machine was back and working as good as new. Brilliant service and a very good price too!!"
