"Nothing to shout about, the taxis arrive on time, fairs start a little higher than others in the area and are quick to rise. This when considered with some of the drivers terrible route planning means I’d struggle to use them again unless all others were busy. I had a traffic monitoring satnav on my phone the for a usually 8 minute journey and watched as the driver took me a much longer route both distance and time. The normal route I would’ve taken being 8 minutes and two other routes being 9/10. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush as the overall journey took the driver 15 minutes. Also to note the call handlers are either not well equipped or unaware or the area. As normal address that I have used with other taxi companies took 4 different iterations of the same address to be located. Including Business name, postcode, street and finally close destinations."
