"pre booked a taxi with another service on an app as i needed to get one of the kids to school for 8. however it’s 8 no signs of the taxi nor even being assigned to a driver. i understand it’s not always on time but 20 minutes and still not being assigned to a driver i’m not going to sit around and wait whilst now the kids are late so i booked with this company. the other taxi service you can’t cancel the booking until you’re connected as i tried to multiple times so i said as soon as i see i’ve connected i’ll cancel a taxi arrived and i tried to call this company as they called me but just for a second and cut it so when the taxi came i didn’t know which one it was for and who to cancel and then the taxi pre booked arrived. but i should be excepted to let them know if i’ve booked with another company which is ridiculous, if the taxi services here were competent then there would be no issue. no customer service skills at all when i called back the woman rudely cut the phone without even let me explain the situation. it doesn’t cost anything to be nice but some people choose being rude. i’m not from the wirral but was helping my aunty with the kids, i’ve never had an issue with taxis in liverpool but there is no hope for the wirral services at all."

"Ordered a taxi New Years, got call back. Immediately headed down the stairs with my disabled girlfriend. Outside- not a taxi about. Thought maybe it was just on the road.... gave it a minute or so. Nothing, called them back to be told “that Was 3 minutes ago....” so I asked can I have another taxi? To be told “when one is free” so I asked will we get a call back? We are outside now- to be told “ if you are outside you won’t need a call back will you?!?” Terrible customer service, we weren’t drunk nor did we take a long time after callback. Would NOT recommend, luckily whilst we were waiting for second taxi a black Hackney cab came by, we hailed this and got a very friendly driver who was tipped generously for his services and friendly manner. If there was an option for 0 stars that is the rating I’d leave. The operator was aware my girlfriend had mobility issues and we were 60seconds after callback not “3 minutes”"
