"In behalf of my nan, Booked at taxi for 09.15 this morning for an appointment at 0925. The taxi didn’t arrive. Called back and asked where it was and the guy who answered was so rude and shouting saying you never told me that taxi will be there in 10 mins. Not the time which was originally booked. Disgusting behaviour how has he got a job in customer service. Not a very good start for a new taxi firm to come to Chester. Got a leaflet through the door thought we would give him a try will not be using them again"
"I booked a cab at 10 am for 16.30 pm We wanted to be at the races by 5pm at the race course. Well they did not turn up so I called them they told me will be there very soon. I called them 3 more times and they told me a lot of bull it turn out to be. I had come 200 miles to go to the races and they let us down for the last couple of miles. They turn up 55 mins late .The driver asked us how long have you been waiting told him 55 mins. He said he was very sorry what had happen as we had book it in the morning. Yes we had 5 mins before the 1st race started. The driver had only just been given our booking just before he got to us. So that's how we know they talked a load of bull. Plenty of other taxis to call just bad luck we picked them. Terry"
"Really loved this taxi service until today, ordered a taxi for 2:45 pm for an important hospital appointment. Rang at 2:42 pm to ask where it was and the man cancelled my taxi, he was very rude and had the nerve to say that I was rude when I wasn’t being rude. Missed out on an important hospital appointment for my pregnancy scan thanks to these guys. Would never use again. Incredibly rude call takers. The drivers seem nice enough though. Just not happy with the way that I was dealt with."
